      The ITIL® v4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy is best-suited for leaders including Directors, Department Heads, and aspiring C-Level professionals.

      The ITIL® DITS certification is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 30 multiple choice questions (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be 60 minutes long, and you will be required to score 70% (21 out of 30) or higher in order to pass. This is a closed-book exam.
