MoP Foundation is for anyone looking to function as an informed memeber of a Portfolio Office, or for those working in Portfolio environments. This includes members of Management Boards, Directors of Change, Senior Responsible Owners, Portfolio, Programme, Project, Business Change and Benefits Managers.
The MoP Foundation certification is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 50 multiple choice questions per paper (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be 40 minutes long, and you will be required to score 50% (25 out of 50) or higher in order to pass. This is a closed-book exam.
By completing the MoP Foundation certification, you gain enhanced knowledge of portfolio management principles and practices, enabling you to make informed decisions, effectively manage risks, optimise resource allocation, and deliver successful portfolios.
