No prior experience is required to take the Change Management Foundation course. However, you must pass the Foundation level before progressing to the Practitioner exam. Both the Foundation and Practitioner Change Management certifications are valid for five years. To maintain your Practitioner status beyond this period, you will need to either retake the exam or meet the requirements for re-certification through an approved CPD (Continuing Professional Development) route.
