Available Roles
Implementation Manager
Take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of IT deployments across client sites, leading onsite teams and ensuring each deployment runs effectively from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing deployment activities across assigned sites
- Coordinating pre-deployment checks and site readiness
- Acting as the main point of contact for client site teams
- Leading and coordinating onsite Deployment Engineers
- Managing workloads, priorities and site coverage
- Resolving onsite technical and logistical issues
- Coordinating equipment, resources and deployment logistics
Field Engineer
Work onsite across client locations to install, configure and support the deployment of IT equipment, helping ensure each site is fully operational and ready for its users.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing and configuring devices onsite
- Completing device swaps and replacements
- Setting up monitors, keyboards, printers and other peripherals
- Carrying out connectivity and functionality testing
- Providing technical support to end users
- Troubleshooting and escalating technical issues where required
- Maintaining accurate device and asset records
