Who is Change Management Foundation for?

The Change Management Foundation certification was created for anyone looking to understand the basic principles underlying successful organisational change delivery. This certification will also benefit anyone involved in organisation change, transition, or transformation projects.

What is the assessment method for Change Management Foundation?

The Change Management Foundation is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 50 multiple choice questions (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be 40 minutes long, and you will be required to score 50% (25 out of 50) or higher in order to pass. This is a closed-book exam.

The Change Management Foundation certification will provide you with the knowledge you require in order to become an effective team member when your organisation undergoes organisational change projects. Even if you are not working within change management, the Change Management Foundation certification will enhance your active listening, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

How long is the Change Management Foundation certification valid for?

The Change Management foundation examination does not expire. Candidates who pass the practitioner exam are recognized as ‘Change Management Registered Practitioners’. Individuals will remain ‘Registered’ for a period of 5 years. To maintain Registered status, practitioners must complete and pass a Change Management Re-Registration examination within 3-5 years following their initial/previous practitioner certification.
