What is the assessment method for Change Management Practitioner?

The Change Management Practitioner is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam is objective and comprises 5 questions with 16 points to be awarded for each question. Your exam will be 2.5 hours long, and you will be required to score 50% (40 out of 80) or higher in order to pass. This is an open-book exam, and so you will be able to make use of the Change Management Study Guide should you wish.

How long is the Change Management Practitioner certification valid for?

The Change Management Practitioner certification does not expire. Candidates who pass the practitioner exam are recognized as ‘Change Management Registered Practitioners’. Individuals will remain ‘Registered’ for a period of 5 years. To maintain Registered status, practitioners must complete and pass a Change Management Re-Registration examination within 3-5 years following their initial/previous practitioner certification.
