The Change Management Practitioner certification was created for aspiring or practising Change Management professionals that wish to be a part of successful organisational change delivery. This certification will also benefit anyone involved in organisation change, transition, or transformation projects
The Change Management Practitioner is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam is objective and comprises 5 questions with 16 points to be awarded for each question. Your exam will be 2.5 hours long, and you will be required to score 50% (40 out of 80) or higher in order to pass. This is an open-book exam, and so you will be able to make use of the Change Management Study Guide should you wish.
The Change Management Practitioner certification will provide you with the practical skills you require in order to be recognised as a reliable manager of organisational change projects. Even if you are not working within change management, the Change Management Practitioner certification will enhance your active listening, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The Change Management Practitioner certification does not expire. Candidates who pass the practitioner exam are recognized as ‘Change Management Registered Practitioners’. Individuals will remain ‘Registered’ for a period of 5 years. To maintain Registered status, practitioners must complete and pass a Change Management Re-Registration examination within 3-5 years following their initial/previous practitioner certification.
