Applying Key Concepts
This module builds on the concepts covered in module 1, and specifically focuses on how PRINCE2® can be adapted and applied in an Agile context. You will learn about the key concepts of Agile project management, and how they differ from traditional project management approaches. You will also learn how PRINCE2® can be tailored to work in an Agile environment, and the benefits of doing so.
Principles, Themes, Processes & Products
In this module, you will learn about the specific ways in which PRINCE2® principles, themes, processes, and management products are tailored and/or applied in an Agile context. PRINCE2® is a project management methodology that provides a framework for managing projects effectively. The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification was created for individuals who deliver projects (large or small) in an Agile context. The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 50 objective, multiple choice questions (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be 60 minutes long, and you will be required to score 55% or higher in order to pass this exam. This is a closed-book exam.
This certification improves your employability, increases your adaptability, expedites collaboration & communication, and improves the outcome of any deliverables you may need to achieve.
