In September 2019, Emma Jones embarked on a transformative journey with ITonlinelearning by enrolling in the Project Management Career Programme. During her studies, Emma successfully completed the following certifications:

Recruitment Journey:

In November 2020, Emma began her recruitment journey with the support of ITonlinelearning. She received a comprehensive CV redraft and LinkedIn profile update to enhance her job search efforts. Emma submitted multiple job applications and on 5 March 2021, she received her first interview invitation for an Income Manager position at Lambeth Council. Emma’s determination paid off when she received a call after her first interview, offering her the Income Manager role. Emma started her new role shortly after her interview and has been thriving in it since.
