The ITIL® CDS certification focuses on the practices and principles involved in creating, delivering, and supporting services within an organisation in adherence to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
The ITIL® Create, Deliver, and Support certification is for IT practitioners and leaders that design digital products and services, as well as those that deliver and support these products and services to the agreed standards.
The ITIL® Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS) certification is assessed and awarded by means of an examination. This exam comprises of 40 multiple choice questions (meaning you will have to select your answers from the options you are provided with). Your exam will be 90 minutes long, and you will be required to score 70% (28 out of 40) or higher in order to pass. This is a closed-book exam.
Obtaining the ITIL CDS Certification is beneficial as it validates an individual’s expertise in effectively creating, delivering, and supporting services using ITIL practices, enhancing their career prospects and enabling them to contribute to the success of service management initiatives within their organisation.
