From Account Manager to Cyber Security Expert: Michael’s Story

A New Beginning
Michael, who had spent seven years as an Openreach engineer and previously worked as an account manager for the Daily Mirror, decided it was time for a change. “Hi, my name is Mike. I’ve been an Openreach engineer for the last seven years. Before that, I was an account manager for the Daily Mirror,” Michael shared. Eager to pursue a new path, he enrolled in ITonlinelearning’s Cyber Security course in November 2023.
