Werner’s recruitment journey began on 22 January 2024. Following an initial introduction call, his Recruitment Advisor helped redraft his CV, and he began applying for jobs. Throughout his recruitment process, Werner submitted a total of 170 applications, leading to five rounds of first and second interviews, and a third-round interview for his current position as a Support Engineer at Synetec.
Achievements
In May 2024, Werner secured his new role at Synetec, achieving a notable salary increase. His role as a Support Engineer is hybrid, requiring him to visit the office just once a week.
